About Mychelle

Mychelle Crown is a multi-award winning Belly Dance Performer/Instructor and owner of Thrive Movement Arts in Sacramento, CA. Mychelle is a well known Wedding and Event Specialist, performing at hundreds of weddings throughout Northern California. She is a regularly featured Headline Performer and Instructor for multi-industry events, appearing on stages all over the United States. Mychelle is also a featured performer at Sacramento’s popular Kasbah Restaurant, where she can be seen monthly with Flowers of the Nile Band.  Mychelle draws on her background in the performance industry to make every show a collaborative, memorable, family-friendly experience; combining technique, humor, and empowered sensuality.

Mychelle is renown Apparatus/Mat Pilates Instructor and Fitness Instructor.  She has been featured on local KCRA Channel 3, FOX 40 News, and Good Day Sacramento as an instructor and performer. Mychelle makes every class a fun, challenging, and highly effective experience suitable for all levels, ages, and walks of life.
