A typical show consists of a 20-30 minute solo dance to traditional Middle Eastern music, usually consisting of an upbeat intro piece, props, and an exciting drum solo. The solo set is followed by audience participation to a fun mix of upbeat Middle Eastern music.  Mychelle will get your guests dancing, focusing on the guest of honor.  She will teach the women and kids – and the brave guys – how to shimmy and more! Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and family celebrations. Specific props or colors can be incorporated upon request.  For full-day events contact Mychelle to discuss show structure and rates. Prices for solo private events start at $300, group rates vary by location and event.

A combination show and mini bellydance lesson is a great way to break the ice and get your guests relaxed in no time!  Options include a full show followed by a mini group lesson or a full lesson followed by a mini-showcase. This is a great option for baby showers, bachelorette parties, or if your gym/facility is looking for a preview of bellydance classes.

Mychelle is a Wedding Specialist, with experience performing at hundreds of weddings throughout California. She has great relationships with many wedding venues throughout the region. Wedding performances can vary in style and duration, from a Classic Show to several mini-shows to a full Zeffa (wedding march) led by your dancer. Mychelle will work closely with you and/or your wedding planner to ensure you have a perfect performance for your special day. Shows will be tailored to suit the theme and colors of your wedding, and can include duet/trio/and group performances, as well as live musicians.
